I think Jade creates the best flow and is also a better fit stylistically.

I wholeheartedly agree with @Namehog about Olivia Jenny. It's the most beautiful option. However, I voted for Olivia Jade because of your relative. I mean only you know how close you guys are.
I feel really bad that Olivia Jenny isn't winning because that's a stunning combo. Jade is plain Jade ;)

I think Jenny is more memorable as a middle name for Olivia.
The Olivia Jade combo is a little too much greenery (olive & jade) for my taste.

Jade isn't plain. It's beautiful. Now Jane would be plain. I literally know no one with the middle name Jade. Jenny sounds childish. And dated.
