So we're expecting a baby boy this fall and we really like Dino. We know it's not super popular anymore but it's the only name we both love. For middle names we're considering Greyson, Anthony, Luca, Carson, Matteo, and Elijah.

I think its a cool name. Dino Matteo clashes to me because they both end in o. I think the three syllable anthony or elijah sound best

Not a fan. Could be "short" for dinosaur for all I know. I'd recommend using a "longer" name, such as Agostino or Santino or Constantino nn Dino. Just my view since you asked for it.
I like Greyson, Carson and Matteo.

The name reminds me of my childhood watching Dino the cartoon dinosaur pet in The Flintstones. Even though it's a happy memory, I don't think I would choose it myself. However, if you love it, go for it. Dino Greyson flows well.
Unfortunately I think he'd be in for a lifetime of dinosaur and Flintstone comments.
Perhaps Dean as the given name and Dino could be a nickname.

Agree, Dean nickname Dino or Deano. Dean Greyson/Anthony/Carson would be nice. If you're set on Dino, Dino Anthony is my fav. Good luck!

My husband's name is actually Deano, pronounced like Dino, and he is 61 years old and gets the dinosaur jokes at work. I personally wouldn't use Dino at all, just Dean, and just call him Dean. I didn't name either of my boys after my husband in any way cause just...no, lol. And to make it worse his middle name is Babe. Ugh. Lol. Anyway, another first name suggestion could be Dane. I actually really like that.
