Only for the purpose I absolutely detest Liam did I vote Kayce. I wouldn't spell it that way and I am not a fan of it either. I also thought it'd be pronounced like Case.

Alternative spellings for Kayce to make the pronounciation clearer
Kaycey, Kayci, Kaycee, Kasey, Kaeci, Kaezi, Kaezy, Kaecy, Kasey, Kacey (and of course every name above spelt with a C).

I would though recommend the spelling of Kayzi. It doesn't seem as feminin as Kayci to me and more usable for a boy. Also quite similar to Kayce.

I chose Liam Kayce. I think that you can spell Kayce however you like. I am biased to your choices because my nephews are brothers and are named Liam and Casey.

I voted for Liam as the first name because my inclination was to pronounce Kayce as Case not Casey.

Don't use the Casey spelling. Too close to Casey Anthony.
