I think I prefer Norah because the first one I met spelled it that way. But both ways look good.

Nora with no "h" is my preference. It's an ancient Irish name as well as a Latin diminutive of Honora. It means "honor".

Norah is a separate origin from Hebrew and means "light".

I like both, but Norah looks more complete to me. I've had quite a few little girls at my preschool with this name and we've seen both spellings.
