I've never liked Harriet, sorry. Sounds too much like "hairiest" and "hairy" which aren't exactly desirable attributes. I do love Harriet Tubman though so if you are wanting to honor her I'd go with her birth name of Araminta.

I like Harriet! A lot of vintage names are coming back; why not Harriet? I love Hattie for it! That got my vote. Ettie is cute too.

I would probably use an option that's not listed — Etta. If you don't like that nn then my vote would go to Ettie. Hattie reminds me of hats.
Harriet is ok but it's not a favourite name of mine. I actually prefer the nickname Hattie more than the full name Harriet.
I voted for Hattie, but Etta is also my favorite nickname!!
