It's spelled "by". Bye is when you say goodbye to someone. And buy is when you buy something. This is something you learn in 1st grade.

I don't particularly care for Gregory (nor Greg) but I think it's the best option of the three.
There was an 80s band headed up by "Huey Lewis" so I think that Hugh Louis (LOO-ee) sounds too close. And I don't think Hugh Harold sounds very pleasant, sorry.

I voted for Hugh Gregory.

I voted for Hugh Harold because I love Hal!! However, I would prefer Hugh Henry with the nickname Hal, just feels a little more modern!!
