I think twins sharing the same first initial is close enough but Josie and John would share the first two letters so I chose Jemma.

I voted for Jemma, although I do like Josie, I just feel she needs a more formal name next to John. Josephine Lynn nn Josie would be perfect!!

I went with Jada. Josie is more of a nickname to me and I'm not really a fan of Jemma. Also, Jada is the least popular of the three the other two are very popular right now.
