I'm not familiar with this name but would probably go with the long E sound as my first guess due to the similarity with Keira. But if you wanted a different pronunciation, I don't think you'd have any trouble with that because most people don't already have a preconceived sound in their head for that name.

It depends on if it's northern or southern welsh pronunciation. Some people say aye-ra and other people say eye-ra

My pronunciation is closest to the first one. Only thing different is I would pronounce the first syllable more as "Gwih".

I would say Gwa-neer-uh, but personally, I don't care for the name. I just see it as being too complicated for people. No one will spell or pronounce it correctly.
