Frederica gmv. Fabulous.
My Great Aunt Frederica (nn Freda) inspired my cat's name. Our family says it w/ three syllables, "freh-DREE-kuh." But the more usual four syllables is great too. Nn Fritzi is cute too.
Love, love Wilhelmina and Agatha too. Clunky old lady names are my favorites. Eugenia, Gladys, Melba, Ishbel, Ursula (nn Lulu?), Euphemia (nn Effie, Mimi?), Tabitha, Hester (nn Hettie?), Augusta (nn Aggie, Gussie), Honoria. I could go on and on. Basically anything out of a P.J. Wodehouse / Jeeves and Wooster story. Good luck! :0)

Wilhelmina is a family name so I voted for it. I think it's lovely. I think Agatha is okay too. I'm not a big fan of Federica myself.

Guest#1, thanks for the suggestion but I prefer the Wilhelmina spelling.
Guest#2, I like Rupert, Walter, Mabel, Agnes, and Erma. Thanks!
FredaCat, I like the three syllable pronunciation too! If I ever use this name, I don't know how I'm going to decide which pronunciation to use. They're both great. Love Fritzi!!! I adore just about every name you listed. Thanks!
NameHog, thanks for your opinion! I get that these aren't everyone's cup of tea.
If anyone has any more suggestions I'd love to hear them. :)
