I really love Betty as the middle name as it has sentimental meaning but it doesn't sound right with any name I love. Any suggestions?

I really dislike "Kyelyn", sorry. But I think Betty is an unexpected choice for a mn. Something like Caitlin Betty would look and sound better, imo.

If you really love Kyelyn go for it (although, maybe spelling it Kilyn would help with pronunciation). If you like Betty I think she's lovely, personally I would use Betty as the first!!
