Need first name vs. Ideas for middle vs. Name Laurie

Laurie is a family name and it's really important to me to sue it but don't want to do it as a first name! I can't for the life of me think of any first names to go with it as a middle name tho any recommendations would be so helpful! ❤️ -Em

For a boy or girl?
I'm familiar with the following two males named Laurie:
•Laurie Main (my favorite narrator of the Winnie the Pooh books)
•Laurie (the neighbor in Little Women that married Amy)

Is this spelling used for girls too? I know two girls named Lori but they spell it this way.

I just realized I didn't clarify girl or boy to be honest I like it for both but the name belongs to my mom so was thinking for a girl! ❤️

I'm in the same boat. I want to honor my sister, who has passed, but as a middle name because I want to relate to my child as their own person. Laurie is a little harder combo as a middle name, but honestly nobody is ever called by their middle name and I think you should choose whatever first name you love best. When I think of Laurie though, a more classic name fits to me, and more English.
