Lia is so short (Like the suffix for Amelia, Aurelia, Camellia, Celia, Cecilia, Cordelia, Dahlia, Julia, Lilia, Magnolia, Natalia, Ophelia, Rosalia, Thalia)

Leila wil have pronunciation problems. Where I live it is pronounced Lee-eye-la. I've also seen it pronunced Lee-la.

I have no idea where Leila is pronounced as the first Guest suggests but it cannot be an English pronunciation that's for sure.

I like Leila best. It's more timeless than Alora which sounds very trendy to me, but maybe you like trendy names.
