I think they're too matchy for siblings. They sound alike if you say them out loud.

I like them individually but not together. Plus, Autumn Austin isn't a name you'd want associated with your children.

Austin and Autumn are a little too close for me, I think it'll just lead to confusion unfortunately

I wouldn't use Autumn as a sister for Austin, but I think you could use Autumn for your daughter's middle name.
