Mary vs. Marie vs. Mae

I know the names may not be to everyone's taste but we really love the names Mary, Marie and Mae. For her middle name we are thinking a name a little on the longer and frillier side - such as Serpahina, Evangelina, Anneliese, Felicity, etc would be nice but for now which first name do you like the most? I love all three but voted Mary. Had May been spelled like so, it may've been a harder decision. Marie is pretty too, imo.
