I voted yes because I don't mind Emilia and I think the nickname works but I do have some concern that sometimes people end up using nicknames you don't intend and she could end up being Emmy or Millie.Not that there's anything wrong with those but I just adore Mila!So to be honest I would love just Mila as the given name even more.

Emilia is gorgeous. Although I prefer Millie or Lia as nicknames, you could definitely use Mila. After all, it makes sense since all four letters of Mila are contained in Emilia.
