I like Liana better too, but I who in their right mind would pronounce Leana as Lee-nuh. That makes not phonetic sense.

I prefer Liana regardless but if you did decide to go with Leana I think Leanna would be a better spelling.

I prefer Liana. I agree with Genevieve; some people may see Leana as the word lean with an A on the end and pronounce it that way (you wouldn't believe how many ignorant people are out there). So I second Guest's suggestion of Leanna as an alternate spelling.
