Annika is Swedish and is pronounced closest to the first option so I chose that; however, either way is acceptable in English (afaik).

I voted awn because it's closer to that than it is to ann but I actually pronounce it a bit in between these two.The w sound isn't so strong.It's more like ahn-ih-kuh.

The only person I've met with this name was years ago in childhood. She said it AH-nick-uh and absolutely hated it when anyone said ann-ih-kuh. I've only recently learned it can be said ann-ih-kuh.

Neither. I'd pronounce it ah-NEE-kuh (ah as in apple).
