Jacey is nice, but Jaci and Jace won't likely get you the pronunciation you are after. So my vote goes to Willow.

Jaci/Jace sounds pretty, but I don't like the way they look. Willow got my vote (I do prefer it slightly anyway).

I voted for Jaci but only if you go with that spelling.I think Jace is going to give you a ton of pronunciation problems.Everyone is going to assume that Jace is the 1 syllable boy's name that rhymes with face,race etc. (actually that's my Nephew's name)
Jaci should be OK although I admit there are other spellings I would like even more.

I'm sorry but you are never going to get the pronunciation that you are going for-
Jace - everyone will say it like the boys name Jace that rhymes with race, face,lace,pace
Jaci - everyone will say it like Jackie / Jacquie
Sorry but that's what will happen.

If you really love the name Jaycee then I would either spell it Jaycee or come up with your own unique way of spelling it that looks more like the way it sounds so that people say it the way you want -

For example:
Jaycee
Jacey ( like the girls name name Lacey )
Or you could try:
Jasey
Jaysey
Jaesey
Jaysi

I like Jaysi the best! It looks like a sassy fun spelling.
