Cassidy and Cassandra are both beautiful options. I think Cassie needs a full name and wouldn't go with it as is. I lean towards Cassidy because it doesn't NEED a nickname. Whereas for some reason I feel Cassandra would have to go by some sort of nickname. It sounds pretty, but it also sounds distant to me for some reason. My vote is Cassidy!!

Cassandra nn Cassie is my pick. I'm not a fan of Cassidy.
Cassandra since its the feminine option. Cassie is cute, but she might want more someday.
