I would just use Seth. I think the others are all a bit much and am not sure big on made up or double barrel names. Seth and Micah are both boy names that do not sound masculine to me at all so I personally prefer both for a girl.

I hate Seth on a girl (it's very masculine to me). That said, I'd suggest using Sarabeth or Elisabeth and then calling her Seth as a nickname. That way she'd have a feminine name to fall back on should she wish it. I don't like any of the options listed on the poll.
