I prefer Giovanna mostly because I find the double v's in Genevieve to be harsh. But I also think Giovanna is beautiful!

I love my name Genevieve.
If you're still undecided, take them both to the hospital with you and make a final decision after you meet your daughter. It's always good to have a couple of options from which to choose.
