It's important. vs. It's not too important.
How much does the flow of a name matter? We're expecting a daughter and love Vera Willow for her, but understand the flow isn't the best. However, given that her middle name will be largely unknown, does it matter a lot? We have 2 boys, Rook Otto and Fenn Russell(Sully). Thank you for your help.

I didn't vote because my answer is "it depends". For me, flow is important and I have moved middle names around to flow better with my fav first names. However, I also know people who prioritized names they wanted to use over flow. I guess you have to ask yourself just how important is flow to you? If you decide flow is important, perhaps Veronica Willow or Vera Wilhelmina could work as alternatives (I think these two flow nicer than Vera Willow). With that said, I don't think Vera Willow is a horrible flow.
I voted "it's not too important" with the caveat being: if you love the middle, use it.
I think the flow of the first and last names is most important but only you know how that sounds.
I really like Vera btw.

The flow of a combo is important to me. There are always exceptions like using honour names.
I don't think the flow of Vera Willow is bad. The only thing I can see is that they're both two syllables but that's not a deal breaker. If Vera sounds good with your surname, then go for it. We rarely use our middle name in real life. In the end, you should always use a name you love.

I think the flow of the first and last names matter more than the first and middle. That being said, if your last name also has two syllables, you may want to reconsider. It really does depend on your preference.

It's very important to me. The whole name. It's the identity of the person. You don't want it to sound like a cartoon.

It depends. Ideally you want a name with good flow, but it's not always super important, especially when it comes to the middle name. I think it's more important that the first and last names flow. All that being said, I don't see a problem with Vera Willow (I love these names btw!). The flow's not that bad at all imo.
