Usually I'm all for unique but not in this case.I'm not a fan of Colly.
I agree with the previous comment.It just makes me think of the dog.
If you'd like something a little less common.Maybe you could make her full name Holland and use Holly as a nickname.It's always nice to have multiple options.

The daughter on a long running series was Cully, still not great but better.

Agree with others that Colly brings to mind the dog breed. Holly is really sweet.
