Hi! I love the name Molly but prefer it as a nickname. Which of these names makes the most sense as a full name? Also considering Rosemary/Rosemarie but I didn't have enough room to add them. Also open to suggestions. Thanks!

I voted for Magdalena — I love it and its subtle nod to Mary Magdalene in the New Testament — so either that or Rosemary or Rosemarie would be my favorite for Molly because Molly is a medieval form of Mary, and thus, Marie.
Having said that, to me, Matilda and Margareta make little sense for nn Molly.

Although Molly isn't intuitive for any of these full names, it's normally a nickname for Mary so Rosemary would make the most sense.
