Pilar vs. Milagros or Mila vs. Eulalia

Which name do you like? Pilar pronounced Pee-LAHR, Milagros pronounced Mee-LAH-grohs we are also thinking of just going with Mila and Eulalia pronounced Yoo-LAY-lee-uh with this name I do like it but i struggle to get over the fact it sounds like the instrument Ukulele but maybe that is just me. Comments welcome. Thank you!

Eulalia is a rarely heard antique so I had to vote for it. To me, it sounds melodic. In fact, the more I say it aloud, the more I like it!

Pilar is pretty. I like Mila on its own. Not a fan of the other name only because it would be mispronounced too frequently.
