I'm not a fan of it as a full name. It seems like it locks her into a more juvenile form of the name. That's fine if she wants it that way as an adult, but she should have a choice.
Lucinda or Cynthia or Hyacinth would be great full names.

My cousin is Cindy not Cynthia she's 50'so that name fits her. I don't like the name through.

I have an aunt whose formal name is Cindy and it suits her so I think it's fine.
