3 middle names? vs. yes vs. no

Would 3 middle names be okay if the syllable count is 1-2-1? Not very long, but definitely 3 separate names (that cannot be combined). For reference, first name is 3 syllables. Thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

That's a bit ridiculous. Filling out forms is going to be a major problem.
