Why does one girl have a gorgeous feminine name while the other one is saddled with a boy's name? That's not fair. Avery is literally the French masculine form of Alfred. Use Ava.

Since I prefer the Rachel spelling, I voted for Rochelle Harper.
Avery is unisex and people like different names. And they like that without being criticized all the time.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Avery is not unisex. Avery is a form of Alfred, a masculine name. Therefore, it cannot be deemed unisex no matter how many times this name has been given to girls in recent years. History and facts triumphs your feelings.
