Why don’t you just name her Lily, if that is what you are going to call her?

I agree that a full name is nice to use if you are going to use Lily. She may think Lily is too girly when she gets older...then she’ll have another option as an adult. They are all very pretty. I’d go with classic Lillian. Liliana is nice, but I think it’s a bit trendy right now? Lila or Lillia are two other options...still like Lillian best though.
