I think that Jett is unique name on its own and pairing it with another unique name would be excessive. So I like Jett Ian the best. Unless Spender was supposed to be Spencer. In that case, I think Jett Spencer is adorable.

I would use a very traditional middle name. Jett Joseph or something like that. gl
