Thanks everyone! We are most likely going to go with Matilda Brooke for the two year old. We have fallen in love with it!

For the twins, we really like Lucy and Emma, but also love Layla and Kiley. Layla and Kiley are less popular around here than Lucy and Emma, so we are more for that set. We like Layla Grace and Kiley Jane.

Do not change her name from maysie to matilda, thats awful to name a child matilda these days even if you called her mati and im sure if she ever found out you changed her name it would upset her. If you must change it just change the spelling I mean after all her mother named her and its the only thing left of she has is the name her mother gave her. And plus she’s 2 she probably already is very familiar with her name. But think of it like this if you was that little girl and your mother died would you want someone who adopted you to change your name the only thing you had left of your mommy. She may not think about it now but when she’s older she will, she’s not going to just forget about her mother even though she may not remember alot about her. And for the twins I like Audrey not Aubrey. Audrey Jane Vanessa Kate! GL!!

I personally dont think you should change the two year olds fn, she is old enough that she will already recognise that thats what she is called. Also agree with previous poster, its the name her mum gave her and it will no doubt mean alot to her when she is older.
If you want to change her name changer her mn.

Plus Maysie goes better with Kiley and Layla.

I wouldn’t change her name. It is adorable! She is being taken from everything that she has ever known and changing her name would take away her last security blanket. She’s young enough to adjust but she’s going to be frightened at first and taking away her identity won’t help. You are going to have your hands full.

i really like Matilda, maybe you could still call her Maysie as a nn for a while until she gets used to it, i like Maisie with this spelling though, so maybe you could keep the name and just change the spelling? as for the twins, i like Layla Grace and Lucy Jane
