Depends on whether you want a long or short middle name. For short, try : Shelly Anne, Shelly Brook(e), Shelly Jane, Shelly Love, Shelly Jade, Shelly Hope, Shelly Peace, Shelly Joy, or Shelly Rose. For long, try: Shelly Ariana, Shelly Nicole, Shelly Roxanne, Shelly Loranne, Shelly Zaria,Shelly Jasmine, Shelly Kaitlyn, Shelly Carolyn(e), Shelly Green, or maybe Shelly your fav color, or Shelly your fav jewel. Congrats by the way and hope this helps! I have a Shelly and her name is Shelly Anastasia. Maybe one of these names will be perfect.

It's all about the syllables. Sounds best with a 1 or 3-plus-syllable middle name. Shelly Grace, or Shelly Victoria. Not a 2-syllable middle like Shelly Anna. By the way, I'm Shelly Ann, and I think it works.
