Otto vs. Octavio vs. Octavius

Hello, we are adding the 8th child to our family, and decided to name him accordingly (all names mean "eight"). My husband had three kids from his previous wife: Juliette, Megan and Peter; And we have four: Catarina, Liam, Anna and Aurora. Thanks for the help, the Evans family

Personally I don’t like any of the names, if I had to choose though, my favourite would be Octavio. What about Olivia, or Olive, they are quite close. GL
