i’ve seen all of these spellings before, i don’t think you’ll be able to get a spelling that no one else has without it looking too made up and making life difficult for her. i like the traditional spelling of Aaliyah best, i think that’s unique enough. middle names could be

I have always like Ailia. It is the same forward as backwards which could be a novelty!

Definitely don’t like any of the spellings, esp. #2. Like the name, though.

Definitely the 1st, the double A’s in the 2nd really throw me off... & Aliyah (or Aliya) is really pretty! =)
