Maree is probably the only other way to spell it and still have it pronounced as Marie.

I’ve never seen it spelled differently but I would say maree marrie or marres. Good luck!

I would have to say that by now Marie is probably already starting school, since looking at the previous comments and their dates. But in case you or someone else is looking for inspiration as to how to spell Marie, I would have to say that the one I like best from athe above spellings, would be "Mariee" (with the accent mark, of course). I think that it makes the name look classy and elegant.
