1st names for middle name vs. Candace!!!!

I really like the name Candace and have debated between first or middle name. I absolutely do not want her to be called Candy. I was thinking maybe I could call her Anne or Annie but not sure? Anyway I’m just trying to put some pretty combo’s together. Please tell me your favorites. Also what do you think of Candace as a first name and the whole Candy thing? Thankyou

I like Candace. As the poster above said, if you don’t call her Candace, the nickname shouldn’t stick. If people call her Candy, just gently tell them that her name is Candace. That’s what my parents did with my brother’s name. It’s a name that doesn’t need a nickname.

I like Candace Elaine, Candace Margaret, and Candace Abigail. They all sound classy to me, like they wouldn’t be out of place to read on the spine of a book or on a business card or the second grade class roster.

I'm sooooo late to comment but maybe someone is still looking at this thread like I am.
My name is Candice RAE 👏🏻
None of the threads I've found for middle names to go with Candice have said Rae.
Maybe I'm bias but I think it works very well if I do say so myself lol
