I have a friend with a boy, Macklin. Irish name...goes by Mack. Just a suggestion. I like Maverick, but Mac doesn’t seem like the right nn for Maverick. GL

The name makes me think of Top Gun and Maverick. I like the spelling with the ’e’ but I prefer a nickname of Mav instead of Mac. Mav sounds like a cool name.

I like Maverick the best. I think it’s nice and different. Reminds me of McCain though.
