Go for it! =] If you like it, then name her Mia Stella. It has a great meaning to you so I think you’d regret not using it later on. Good luck

I like the meanings, but I think Stella Mia flows better. I don’t think they’re too much together, in either order.

i like both names, and the meaning is lovely, but i’m not sure about the flow because of them both ending in A, however it might sound really nice, depending on your last name. some others you might like are

Mia Carys -my beloved
Mia Star -my star
Mia Felicity -my happiness
Mia Caroline- my beautiful woman
