I love Kierstan as well, with this spelling. :) I also really like Keira or Kyra pronounced KEER-a (like Keira Knightley or Kyra Sedgwick).

We like Keira too. I love the spelling but we’ve loved Kiera (KEE-AIR-UH) from the start. What should we do?
