Clifford ???? vs. Cliff ???

I want to name my son Clifford or Cliff after my Great Grandfather. Yes I am aware of the "Big Red Dog" but that will probably pass when he’s in his late elementary years and kids will probably think it’s cool he has the same name as the dog. It’s a good series anyway nothing to be ashamed about. With that being said can anyone help me with first names? I like Colin but not sure I want the letters to be the same. Thanks CP

Yes middle names for Clifford. I like Clifford Maxwell, Clifford Mark, Clifford Nick, Clifford Phillip, and Clifford Nolan (funny Nolan is my cousins little brother!)

hhhmmm.....so need more. What kind of names are you looking for. Something kinda trendy since Clifford is old-fashioned. From the ones you like, I like Maxwell, Landon, Isaac, and Marcus(not sure if you just like Mark though)

I called my son Cliff. He is 8 months old. I love the fact that no other baby has the name in my area. Cliff is an awesome name. Do it!
