While I love the spelling Dillon, most people would automatically spell it Dylan, so I would go with this one.

Dylan, 100% Dylan. It looks best, Dillon looks girly to me. And Dylon looks made up.

My boyfriend is a Dillon, but I much prefer Dylan.
