nicknames for a girl vs. named august elizabeth

okay so i want to name my baby august elizabeth! but i cannot think of any nicknames for her, and i dont want to poor girl to be stuck with august all the time. i mean cute toddler nicknames, or nicknames for her friends to call her. anything would be nice.

You could try Au(Aw) Elizabeth. so basically just shortening the first name and adding the middle.

Or just come up with something when shes born. ---i know some ppl nickname their kids monkey and stuff cuz they are very active.

If you don’t want the ’poor girl to be stuck with August all the time’ why are you giving her the name August in the first place? Elizabeth is beautiful though.

because i like the name august. what i mean by not having her stuck with august all the time was like being stuck with samantha (which is my name) but i preffer to be called sam because its short and i hate being called samantha all the time.

but i do love aggie. i never thought of that one all that really came to my was auggie (which reminds me of this messed up kid on higher ground, who happens to be a boy)

Yeah, ny name is August (I'm a girl), and I just gotta say, it's really ****** being stuck with August as a first name. If you wanted something pretty, maybe Augustanna, Augustina. Augustine, Etc. And then use those last portions as nick names.
