AJAX -Dislike vs. AJAX-Like

What do you like of the name AJAX (nn AJ) for a boy. My husband loves the name. He says AJAX was a great leader in the Trogan War. But, when I hear AJAX I think of the cleaning product. What is your opinion, please be honest.

I definately think of the cleaning product.. I wouldnt use the name, mostly because kids can be extremely immature and cruel. Maybe you should look for a name that means the same thing or something close to it.

The same name got posted last week and i will tell you i am going to be honest like i was on there poll about the name AJAX. I like yourself think of a cleaning product also.I would NEVER name my child that. I hope you over rule your husband in this matter. Good Luck.

Maybe you could so something like an A first name then middle name Jaxon--then you could call him Ajax or AJ just as a nn.

or just Jackson as a fn, it is similar in sound

I BIG NO, on this one. AJAX is a cleaning supply for sure!! I agree with everyone else’s comments...use Jax or Jaxon, Jackson as a fn or if you want to call him AJ you have lots of first and middle names! Or name him Ajay...thats at least some what better than AJAX!
