No. I think she would get made fun of. Sounds like Oh feel ya. I think Olympia is a pretty alternative.

I greatly dislike Cordelia. No offense, but it kinda makes me shutter....
But, I love Ophelia! I don’t think I’d use it myself, cause it could be teased, but it truly is a goreous name! GL!

It could be a nice alternative to the much more popular Olivia and is a character in the play Hamlet. You could also use a nn if you wished -- Lia.
Cordelia is also nice without the worry over teasing as noted above. However, children will tease no matter what and especially with the more uncommon names.

My niece’s name is Ophelia Skyler, but everyone calls her Sky. I think Ophelia is a very pretty name. I very much dislike Cordelia though. Perhaps Delia or Della? GL!

Be careful though, because from what I remember from Hamlet doesn’t Ophelia kill herself in the pond or something? It won’t be nice for your little Ophelia when she finds out that the only famous person that she shares her name with was in a tragedy.
Just a thought.
If you like Shakespearean names though, there are some really nice ones that aren’t shrouded in fateful situations!
