Anya vs. Anja vs. Ania

Just want to know what spelling people prefere. all are pronounces On-Ya with a Y is the Russian form (most common i think) with a J is the German form (my side of the family is German) with a I is the Polish form (his side is Polish) i am pretty sure her given name will be Anastasia and we will just use this as a NN. just wanting some input Thanks alot!
