Ava Madison vs. Averie Grace

I don’t know why, but I am drawn to "A" names. I love the flow of Averie Grace for our daughter, due in 4 weeks. I know Ava is becoming a very popular name these days, but I haven’t heard the name combo Ava Madison yet. I really love that, too. What do you guys think. Avery Grace a little over used? My husband loves Madison, so I thought Ava Madison would be a good compromise and very pretty. For those of you that like Averie, is "ie" on the end weird? Our last name ends in "ie." That’s the only reason I’d consider spelling that way.

I think Averie is soo cute, although I love Ava too. My daughters middle name is Grace and it is just so pretty. Her name is Abigail Grace. there is another "A" name for you. I like Averie Grace.

i love Averie but i dont know how well it will work if your last name ends in an "ie". Ava Madison is adorable though. Good Luck :)

Ava and Madison are very popular right now, so don’t be surprised if it ends up that your daughter isn’t the only Ava Madison she’ll ever meet. It is a very pretty name though. Averie is cute too (also pretty popular now, I like your spelling though) and I like it with Grace. If you want something less trendy but still with the Av beginning, Aveline is one idea.

I would use Averie, I like this spelling and it is not as popular as Ava, and if you wanted to you could always call her Ava for a nn sometimes.

my daughter is also Averie Grace! and we do tend to call her Ava for short:)
