Daysha vs. Daesha vs. Dacia

I had an earlier poll with the name Dacia. It is pronounced "Day-sha". People suggested I spell it differently. Which one would be best? Any other spelling alternatives?

Dacia is the traditional spelling, but I agree it is kind of confusing. It took me a while to pronounce it correctly, too!

I kind of think that Daisha would easily be shortened to Daisy, and I’m not a huge fan of that name. I know it’s cute, but I can’t get past Daisy Duck! :(

I adore Daesha.
if i remember correctly dae spelled dae means beautiful.
Day reminds me to much of telling time. and the day of the week.
Dacia will get pronounced Dah-see-uh a lot.

Dae means greatness. can also mean beloved.

Daysha is the most phonetic and would be easiest for people to pronounce and spell.

Well...I like Dacia it seems like an obvious pronunciation to me :/

But Daisha as others have suggested is quite nice.

Dacia might be hard to spell after hearing it, or pronounce after reading it, but it’s MUCH better than phonetic spellings, which; (and I really mean as little possible offense here, truly) are meant for people who are for the majority illiterate. Stick to Dacia, I implore you =)
