Alternate spellings vs. for Jana

I really like the name Jana(pn Yah-na) but the spelling is too close to my name (Jenna). Are there any other spellings I could use?

To get the pronunciation that you are looking for, I would not use a J. When I read the name, I would pronounce it Jan-ah. How about..
