"more better"....to the post of this poll i would not take suggestions from someone who speaks like that. the C makes it look classis to me i like Caila and Caela...i know foar to many Kayla’s.

Cayla is much less likely to be mispronounced. Caela could be pronounced SEE la. Caila could be pronounced KY la.
