Eileen looks the best. I also think that’s how most people would think to spell it, so you won’t have as many spelling issues. GL!

My sister and Aunt are both Eileen. I think it is a beautiful name that you don’t hear much. I like it spelled with an E.

i like Ilene because it’s different, i’ve never seen it spelled like that before and i like that the name looks more modern, Eileen is also nice, i don’t really like Aileen though

Aileen might get mispronounced as "ale-leen"
